Welcome to Amy Tang Learning

Classes for all ages focusing on herbal remedies, gardening, sourdough baking, and healthy living habits. Tutoring form math up through high school geometry and French for beginners.

Amy majored in Economics and minored in French at the University of California, Berkeley. She later earned her K-8 teaching credential in California at CSU Hayward. She homeschooled two of her three children through eighth grade and one all the way through high school. She previously served as an instructor for high school math, French and health/herbal remedies at Ecclesia Classes. She has tutored with Home School Coaches for five years. Before having and then homeschooling her own children, Amy taught middle school math, language arts and social studies at both public and private schools for four years and carried her K-8 teaching credential in California. Amy has been studying herbs as an affectionate for the past two decades and is currently enrolled in Rosemary Gladstar's course, The Science and Art of Herbalism. Amy’s three favorite subjects are Math, French, and Dance. She also loves running, herbal remedies, journaling, and gardening.

Classes take place in my backyard and in my kitchen, surrounded by herbs and fresh air.
